Tom Green County Clerk Elizabeth 'Liz' McGill started working in County and District Clerk's Offices in 1980. In 2001 she was elected to her current office. Chief Deputy Gary Monico started working in the Tom Green County Clerk's Office in 1994 after retiring from the U. S. Navy. He was appointed to his current position in April 2003
Important note concerning redaction: Our OPR documents are now available for viewing online. We have Automatic Redaction software which will speed up the process, but there are still instances when we have to redact manually. Should you see your social security number on a document and wish to have it redacted (removed) we have 2 forms, one to remove your number from Court Forms and a second one to remove it from All Other Forms. Please fill out the forms and mail them to the address above.
