County 911 Addressing
The Concho Valley Council of Governments Economic Development District was selected to assume
911 addressing duties for Tom Green County, effective September 1, 2009.
The City of San Angelo 911 Addressing Coordinator will continue to assign addresses within the
incorporated city limits of the City of San Angelo and the Extra-territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of
the city, per an Inter-local Agreement with the county. The ETJ is roughly, but not
consistently, 3.5 miles outside the existing city limits of San Angelo. If you need a
property addressed that is within 3.5 miles of San Angelo City limits, call the City of San Angelo
911 Addressing Coordinator to determine whether the land is in the ETJ.
For all other property in Tom Green County, land owners, surveyors and developers, etc., are
to call TGC 911 Addressing at 944-9666 or visitwith CVCOG Economic Development District 911
Addressing personnel at 2801 W. Loop 306 for assistance.
