The Executive Director of the Tom Green County Administrative Services Department oversees nine county departments and also serves as Administrative Assistant to the Tom Green County Commissioners' Court.  Her duties include: The Administrative Services:  Manages Tax Foreclosure Property struck off to the county after a Sheriff's Sale; Manages the Tom Green County Adopt-A-Road Program Manages the County Sign, Road, Bridge, Culvert, and Low Water Crossing Inventories; Prepares the Annual County Water Report for the State Water Commission regarding water taken from streams and rivers by county Road and Bridge Departments for use on county roads; Prepares the annual renewal of Request for Water Permits for County Road and Bridge Departments;  Prepares the Annual Tom Green County Road Report; Prepares and submits grant applications for Administrative Services and various other county departments; Assembles, publishes and distributes the County Office Directory; Acts as Liaison to other county departments, city and state offices; Developes county policy relating to county facilities, departments, and related matters; Manages County employee parking space assignments; Oversees the schedule and use of the Commissioners' Courtroom, the Keyes Building Conference Room and the Justice Center Training Room; Schedules and coordinates County Government Week activities including Leadership San Angelo and Employee Appreciation Day.
