Tim L. Vasquez
Director of Veterans Services
A U.S. Navy veteran, Tim has been a resident of San Angelo since 2003. He joined the Veterans County Service Office in June 2005 as a VA work-study student. He became a service officer in July 2006, and the Director in May 2008. He currently serves as a Presdient for the Veterans County Service Offciers Association of Texas.
Tim holds a diploma in Emergency Medical Services-Paramedic from Texas State Technical College-Sweetwater.
Tim holds certification from the Texas Veterans Commission and is a National County Veterans Service Officer.
Laura L. Serrano
Veterans Service Officer
A U.S. Army veteran, Laura joined the office in May 2008 as a veterans service officer.
Laura holds a Bachelors Degree in Communications from Angelo State University and an Associate’s Degree in Computer Networking Technology from Texas State Technical College-West Texas.
Laura is certified from the Texas Veterans Commission to serve as a Veterans County Service Officer.
Adelfa C. Montez
Office Assistant
Adelfa joined the service office in December 2007. She retired from GTE in 1993 after 20 years of service and worked for San Angelo ISD until 1998.
She holds a certification in business office work from San Angelo Business College since 1971. Adelfa and her husband have lived all their life in San Angelo and she brings her work experience and love for San Angelo now to assist veterans and their families.
