How to use CourtCall
1.Not less than 5 days before the hearing fill out a Request for CourtCall Appearance form. DO NOT FILE WITH THE COURT.
2.Fax the Form to CourtCall not less than 5 days before the hearing. Do not fail to do so as the CourtCall calendar is set through these faxes. LATE FILINGS ARE SUBJECT TO A LATE FEE! A confirmation will be sent to you not less than 3 court days before your hearing, and will indicate your teleconference number and access code (if any). IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION, CALL COURTCALL IMMEDIATELY TO VERIFY YOUR STATUS - WITHOUT CONFIRMATION YOU ARE NOT ON THE CALENDAR. You must notify CourtCall, in writing, of any continuances prior to the scheduled hearing date to have your fee apply to the continued hearing. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your payment.

When You Make the Call
1.Call the dedicated TOLL FREE number on your confirmation form 5 minutes prior to the scheduled hearing. NEVER USE CELL PHONE OR PAY PHONE. If prompted, enter the access code.
2.If the call is in progress and you hear voices, DO NOT INTERRUPT! Open courtroom proceedings may have commenced. You will hear all proceedings as if you were in open court. When others join the line do not speak, as you will be interrupting other proceedings in the courtroom.
3. Wait until your case is called before speaking. While waiting you may use your speakerphone as long as you eliminate all ambient noise. When your case is called, pick up your handset and announce your presence. Identify yourself each time you speak as a courtesy to the court reporter and all others present. If your confirmation does not list an access code, your matter is being heard as a private 'in chambers' conference. An operator will conduct a check-in and you will be placed on "music-on-hold" while you wait for the court.
